What you will do
- Manage TSA operations for central systems like SAP, Salesforce, eQMS, M365, including incidents, changes, and SLAs.
- Act as SPOC for Seller IT on technical issues, access, interfaces, and scope control.
- Plan and execute data/system migrations to target environment with mock runs, cutover, and hypercare.
- Support building target IT infrastructure: select providers, define support models, governance, and KPIs.
- Ensure GxP compliance through audit-ready documentation, risk logs, and regulatory implementation.
Requirements
- Several years in IT Operations, Service Delivery, or System Migration, ideally in carve-out/TSA contexts.
- Practical experience with ERP/CRM/QMS systems (SAP, Salesforce, eQMS, M365) and data/interfaces.
- Strong stakeholder management, structured approach, and composure under pressure.
Nice to have
- ITIL expertise and experience with external providers/outsourcing.
- Pharmaceutical knowledge (GMP/Annex 11/21 CFR Part 11), ISO 27001, security basics.
