What you will do
- Enter and maintain program databases and records.
- Review contractor submissions to ensure alignment with program requirements.
- Handle customer and contractor inquiries by phone and email across residential, commercial, and renewable topics.
- Resolve disputed rebate claim data by communicating and directing parties appropriately.
- Provide guidance to customers on interpreting policies to support program participation and compliance.
Requirements
- Based in Oregon.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Meet DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations (if applicable).
- Authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship.
