What you will do

• Enter and maintain program databases and records.
• Review contractor submissions to ensure alignment with program requirements.
• Handle customer and contractor inquiries by phone and email across residential, commercial, and renewable topics.
• Resolve disputed rebate claim data by communicating and directing parties appropriately.
• Provide guidance to customers on interpreting policies to support program participation and compliance.

Requirements

• Based in Oregon.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Meet DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations (if applicable).
• Authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship.
