What you will do
- Execute outbound calls to qualify leads and follow up on marketing campaigns.
- Set appointments with prospects and handle inbound inquiries.
- Articulate the company value proposition and negotiate initial objections.
- Manage territory plans and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
- Conduct pre- and post-event outreach to maximize engagement.
- Achieve monthly quotas for qualified leads and opportunity conversion.
Requirements
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead qualification, or inside sales.
- Proven track record of achieving measurable sales goals and appointment quotas.
- Experience generating executive-level leads for enterprise companies.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and standard corporate productivity tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak articulately and credibly.
