What you will do

  • Execute outbound calls to qualify leads and follow up on marketing campaigns.
  • Set appointments with prospects and handle inbound inquiries.
  • Articulate the company value proposition and negotiate initial objections.
  • Manage territory plans and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Conduct pre- and post-event outreach to maximize engagement.
  • Achieve monthly quotas for qualified leads and opportunity conversion.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead qualification, or inside sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable sales goals and appointment quotas.
  • Experience generating executive-level leads for enterprise companies.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and standard corporate productivity tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak articulately and credibly.
