What you will do

• Maintain and update merchant information within the Salesforce CRM database.
• Execute administrative tasks including report generation, invoicing, and translation.
• Manage sales orders in close collaboration with the Sales and IT departments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, including new tax regulation updates.
• Conduct outbound calls to manage and nurture relationships with the existing customer portfolio.
• Provide training to merchant staff and ensure high standards of customer service.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
• Native or near-native Japanese proficiency required.
• Previous experience in telesales, account management, or customer service.
• Proficiency in handling data and performing basic analysis.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work effectively under targets and strict deadlines.
