Salary: $168,000 - $250,000 USD

What you will do
- Set and protect a distinct, data-backed, and opinionated brand voice across all company channels.
- Translate complex AI concepts such as Agentic AI and Revenue Graphs into provocative stories for revenue leaders.
- Evolve Labs into the industry's most trusted source of revenue insights using proprietary pipeline and call data.
- Develop content frameworks mapped to the full customer journey to improve conversion and shorten sales cycles.
- Lead and mentor a team of content marketers and manage a network of world-class freelancers.
- Own and optimize strategic KPIs including brand share of voice, organic traffic, and pipeline influence.
Requirements
- 10+ years of content leadership at a high-growth B2B company or in high-tier business journalism.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio emphasizing density and utility over buzzwords.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams of in-house and freelance creatives at high velocity.
- Strong grasp of B2B buyer journeys and the role of content in demand generation.
- AI fluency, including experience using LLMs and AI agents to optimize content operations.
- Must be based in one of the following cities: Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco.
