What you will do

• Review client contracts and manage matter setup upon case activation.
• Collaborate with experts to ensure invoice and client detail accuracy.
• Generate routine, electronic, and complex client invoices.
• Track and report on multiple billing assignments and progress.
• Perform data entry, editing, and processing of invoices per contract terms.
• Conduct WIP analysis and provide guidance to other billing staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-charge billing.
• Experience in professional services, law firms, or financial services.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and 10-key data entry.
• Experience with Workday or Elite 3E software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing requirements under strict deadlines.

Nice to have

• E-billing experience (including E-Billing HUB).
• Experience with international multi-currency billing.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Bankruptcy experience.
