What you will do

• Build strong relationships with business leaders to support growth and profitability.
• Provide insightful financial analysis for strategic and operational initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Monitor and report on business performance, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support month-end close processes, including variance analysis and flash reporting.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models for business case evaluations and scenario planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business partnering.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Adaptive Planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
