What you will do

• Prepare monthly P&L (Actuals and Flash) including supporting reconciliations and commentary.
• Support quarterly reforecasting, budgeting, and proforma preparation.
• Manage monthly balance sheet reconciliations and spend reports for budget holders.
• Lead the intercompany reporting and compliance process for OAUKJ, ensuring all balances are documented and deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize reporting technology.
• Process insurance journals and manage travel mailbox requests in line with company policy.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within media, marketing, or project-based services.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems (Workday or Cartesis is an advantage).
• Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to manage a demanding reporting timetable independently and collaboratively.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the London office (Hybrid).
