What you will do

  • Act as the primary relationship owner for AWS, ensuring alignment across compliance, incentives, and funding programs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to execute co-sell motions.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to strengthen ecosystem presence.
  • Track partnership KPIs, including pipeline influence, co-sell activity, and partner scorecard health.
  • Communicate complex AWS services and commission structures to stakeholders ranging from management to engineers.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, channel development, or business development within the software/technology industry.
  • Proven ownership of partner GTM co-sell motions, migration initiatives, or strategic alignment plays.
  • Strong understanding of partner programs, incentives, funding models, and co-sell processes.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and data visualization to track partnership health.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical-business hybrid field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for partner events and planning sessions.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing AWS partnerships and familiarity with the AWS ACE portal.
  • Knowledge of AWS programs such as MAP, POC, MDF, and AWS Marketplace.
  • AWS AI Practitioner certification.
  • Experience aligning partnerships across multiple strategic ecosystems.
