What you will do
- Act as the primary relationship owner for AWS, ensuring alignment across compliance, incentives, and funding programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to execute co-sell motions.
- Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to strengthen ecosystem presence.
- Track partnership KPIs, including pipeline influence, co-sell activity, and partner scorecard health.
- Communicate complex AWS services and commission structures to stakeholders ranging from management to engineers.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in partnership management, channel development, or business development within the software/technology industry.
- Proven ownership of partner GTM co-sell motions, migration initiatives, or strategic alignment plays.
- Strong understanding of partner programs, incentives, funding models, and co-sell processes.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data visualization to track partnership health.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical-business hybrid field.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for partner events and planning sessions.
Nice to have
- Experience managing AWS partnerships and familiarity with the AWS ACE portal.
- Knowledge of AWS programs such as MAP, POC, MDF, and AWS Marketplace.
- AWS AI Practitioner certification.
- Experience aligning partnerships across multiple strategic ecosystems.
