TL;DR

Amazon GTM Partnership, Startups (AI): Driving startup partnerships through the Amazon/AWS ecosystem to accelerate AI adoption and generate revenue with an accent on co-selling motions and joint business plans. Focus on building executive-level relationships and designing scalable processes for partnership operations.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, New York City, or Seattle); staff are expected to be in the office at least 25% of the time.

Salary: $300,000 - $355,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for startup initiatives via the Amazon/AWS partnership, including co-selling and enablement programs.
  • Own forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue targets for the partnership.
  • Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships across the AWS organization.
  • Drive strategic planning and execution of joint marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Design and implement scalable processes for partnership operations and performance reporting.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to inform product and business strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships with a focus on the startup ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to execute co-selling or joint GTM strategies with a major cloud or technology partner.
  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and maintaining executive-level relationships.
  • Strong command of strategic planning, business operations, and program management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Nice to have

  • 8+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience.
  • Prior experience working directly with Amazon/AWS partnership programs.
  • Background in AI/ML technologies or enterprise software.
  • Experience scaling partnerships in emerging or fast-moving technology markets.
