Director of GTM, Partnerships (AdTech/MarTech): Translating partner ecosystem into measurable commercial value, owning full commercial lifecycle across tech, PE, and advisor partners with an accent on joint GTM, fundraising, and technical innovation. What you will do
- Lead partner vetting, joint business plans, and commercial agreements including co-selling and resell opportunities.
- Develop FusePoint partnerships for measurement and consulting, securing exclusive testing and credentialing.
- Manage joint technical innovation for nova, including fundraising, sales cycles, and alignment with product roadmap.
- Own commercial deal management, reporting, pacing against revenue targets, and OKRs.
- Champion cross-functional program execution for pilots and initiatives, bridging partners and internal teams.
- Drive co-marketing, speaking opportunities, and client retention through partner ecosystem.
Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or GTM in marketing agency, AdTech, SaaS, or consulting.
- Proven track record closing complex commercial agreements and enterprise fundraising.
- Deep AdTech/MarTech knowledge (Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Snowflake, etc.).
- Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Self-starter with strategic thinking and influence without authority.
