What you will do

• Define and own the global enablement strategy for enterprise GTM motions.
• Design training, certification, and enablement infrastructure for AE, AM, and SDR teams.
• Build and implement AI-driven automations to enhance enablement workstreams and seller curriculum.
• Partner with product marketing to align customer-facing assets with internal training needs.
• Establish measurement frameworks to track performance indicators across pipeline, revenue, and behavior change.
• Scale enablement programs consistently across distributed global teams and time zones.

Requirements

• 8+ years of enablement leadership experience in a technical product environment with mature enterprise sales motions.
• Proven track record in building enablement strategy and performance measurement frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents or API tools and ability to speak credibly to technical products.
• Demonstrated success scaling programs across distributed, global teams.
• Strong builder's mindset with the ability to define systems and standards from the ground up.
• Must be based in the US or Europe with the ability to work across respective time zones.

• Experience leading or enabling a technical or field engineering motion alongside revenue teams.
