TL;DR

Loan Officer Development Program: Mortgage origination and lead management with an accent on end-to-end loan processing (pre-approval to closing) and delivering a world-class borrower and agent experience. Location: Irvine, CA (Michelson Dr) — in-office full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST

Salary: $28.70–$45.90 hourly (base pay range for specified CA/CT/MD/MA/NJ/NY/WA/DC locations)

What you will do

  • Provide world-class customer experience by improving responsiveness and accessibility for borrowers and real estate agents.
  • Support end-to-end mortgage loan origination from pre-approval to closing with accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and follow up on mortgage leads to maximize conversion and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Complete a phased four-month learning plan including SAFE licensing prep, hands-on practice, and mentorship.
  • Respond to borrower and agent inquiries, complete timely follow-ups, and accurately input contracts and documentation.
  • Collaborate with teammates and leaders to identify process improvements and deliver strong results.

Requirements

  • In-office full-time in Irvine, CA for hands-on collaboration and training (must live within reasonable commuting distance).
  • Must obtain a SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator license within 90 days of hire (licensing support and training provided).
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles (mortgage/financial services experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to explain complex information to borrowers and real estate agents.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant tools.
