What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 6 Project Managers.
• Establish and enforce delivery standards, cadence, and governance across all IT initiatives.
• Own the end-to-end delivery, financials, and stakeholder alignment for the RSI Connect ITSM integration program.
• Function as a working leader by stepping in to manage high-impact or at-risk initiatives directly.
• Define and track key delivery metrics to improve predictability and on-time delivery.
• Partner with business leadership to align project scope, priorities, and execution outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8–12+ years of experience in IT program or project management with leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience managing teams of Project Managers within a PMO or delivery organization.
• Strong experience delivering programs leveraging ServiceNow.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-platform IT programs including CRM and ITSM.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
