What you will do

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope while proactively communicating changes to stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams including DevOps, Customer Success, and Product Management to ensure successful project delivery.
• Establish strong customer relationships and manage project escalations effectively.
• Generate Statements of Work and proposals for incremental business opportunities.
• Mentor junior team members and document lessons learned to improve institutional knowledge.
• Ensure adherence to company methodologies and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale supply chain or digital technology transformations.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage large teams across different time zones.
• Proficiency in agile project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations research, or industrial engineering.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with enterprise application deployments such as SAP, Oracle, or SAS.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools for daily task optimization.
