TL;DR

Product Manager - Delivery Management (Fintech): Driving Agile execution and product delivery across global teams in EMEA, AMER, and APAC with an accent on Agile ceremonies and resource allocation. Focus on bridging technical and business stakeholders and ensuring continuous alignment between regional teams and global headquarters.

Location: Hybrid in Poland (at least 3 days per week in-office)

Salary: zł94,000 - zł183,000

What you will do

  • Lead daily standups and Agile ceremonies for distributed teams to identify and remove bottlenecks.
  • Partner with the central Product Owner for capacity planning and roadmap tracking.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during EMEA and AMER hours to ensure global alignment.
  • Coordinate with Customer Services and internal stakeholders for release notes and product updates.
  • Maintain governance materials and product health metrics for senior management decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and hands-on experience running ceremonies.
  • Proven ability to work with multicultural teams across multiple time zones.
  • Must be based in Poland for hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

  • Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
  • Experience in capital markets or regulated FinTech industries.
  • Familiarity with Agile management and project tracking platforms.
