What you will do

• Provide intelligent solutions and support to global clients regarding digital products.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and product adoption.
• Conduct internal and external training sessions to enhance client understanding.
• Collaborate with product development teams to drive innovative solutions.
• Assist in the pre-sales process for new and existing clients.
• Manage implementation projects and key accounts as expertise develops.

Requirements

• Relevant master’s degree or equivalent (Finance and Engineering background is ideal).
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in one or more programming or query languages.
• Genuine interest in finance and technology.
• Ability to work in a technical client-facing role.

Nice to have

• Previous client-facing experience.
• Knowledge of APIs and SQL.
