Front Office Consultant (Fintech): Implementing and configuring financial software for clients with an accent on technical setup, product requirements, and end-user training. Focus on Capital Market Product Pricing Methodology, Market Risk, and Credit Risk implementation.

Location: Mexico (Colonia Juarez)

What you will do

Implement and configure software according to project plans and agreed functional requirements.
Perform technical installations and platform setups, both onsite at client locations and via remote connection.
Conduct customer workshops to define detailed product requirements.
Prepare materials and deliver product training to end-users and administrators.
Collaborate with sales teams to provide functional and technical input for commercial proposals.
Lead knowledge-sharing sessions for colleagues across different departments.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Knowledge of Capital Market Product Pricing Methodology (linear and non-linear).
Experience with Curve Construction and Vol Surface Generation.
Expertise in Market Risk and Credit Risk (xVA, PFE, etc.).
Must be based in or able to work in Mexico (Colonia Juarez).
