What you will do

• Work in real client environments from the beginning of the graduate program.
• Help financial services companies improve speed, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Support digital business innovation, cloud technology, and end-to-end banking and insurance solutions.
• Contribute to client projects and product development while working with experienced industry professionals.
• Develop consulting, technical, and problem-solving capabilities through structured learning and mentorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Physics, Mathematics, or another natural sciences subject.
• Strong analytical skills, quantitative thinking, structured reasoning, and clear communication.
• Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or ABAP.
• Practical experience with database systems, data modeling, and SQL queries.
• Ambition to solve problems and create solutions, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have

• Initial experience in consulting or with financial services providers.
