What you will do

• Implement and configure software according to project plans and best practices.
• Perform platform installation and technical setup, either onsite at client locations or via remote connection.
• Conduct customer workshops to define detailed product requirements.
• Provide product training for end-users and administrators to ensure proficient platform usage.
• Support the sales team by delivering functional and technical information for commercial proposals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the platform and share experiences with colleagues.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business/Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience and strong interest in software implementation and process management.
• Must be based in Bogota, Colombia

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL language.
• Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and technical IT products.
