Salary: $150,000 – $250,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead supply chain workstreams on client engagements, including operational transformation and performance improvement.
- Design and execute facility infrastructure project plans and establish processes that maximize procurement efficiency across client sites.
- Apply LEAN principles to maintain a cost-effective, efficient materials process and ensure supplies are available for acute care, procedure suites, and nursing areas.
- Develop advanced supply distribution and inventory level controls (including PAR levels) balancing carrying/storage costs with timely delivery.
- Integrate logistics and materials management with quality outcomes to support continuous improvement and patient safety.
- Build and present client deliverables: statistical/financial analysis design, financial data and market modeling, quality control, and ongoing client relationship management.
Requirements
- Legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent training/experience).
- 8–10 years of managerial experience in a healthcare environment.
- 5+ years of healthcare advisory/consulting experience in supply chain and other operational areas impacting supply chain.
- Extensive knowledge of Procure to Pay, supply chain logistics, inventory management, LEAN (or similar process improvement), and distribution facilities.
- Extensive experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint; strong communication and presentation skills.
