What you will do

• Lead supply chain workstreams on client engagements, including operational transformation and performance improvement.
• Design and execute facility infrastructure project plans and establish processes that maximize procurement efficiency across client sites.
• Apply LEAN principles to maintain a cost-effective, efficient materials process and ensure supplies are available for acute care, procedure suites, and nursing areas.
• Develop advanced supply distribution and inventory level controls (including PAR levels) balancing carrying/storage costs with timely delivery.
• Integrate logistics and materials management with quality outcomes to support continuous improvement and patient safety.
• Build and present client deliverables: statistical/financial analysis design, financial data and market modeling, quality control, and ongoing client relationship management.

Requirements

• Legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent training/experience).
• 8–10 years of managerial experience in a healthcare environment.
• 5+ years of healthcare advisory/consulting experience in supply chain and other operational areas impacting supply chain.
• Extensive knowledge of Procure to Pay, supply chain logistics, inventory management, LEAN (or similar process improvement), and distribution facilities.
• Extensive experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint; strong communication and presentation skills.
