What you will do

• Manage supplier relationships and contract categories for small to mid-tier suppliers.
• Lead the full sourcing process, including RFP drafting, response analysis, and pricing negotiations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal teams and member hospitals.
• Analyze supplier sales data and monitor contract usage to maximize administrative fees.
• Align stakeholders, including equipment planners and construction teams, on capital needs.
• Develop performance metrics and conduct regular business line reviews with members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of applicable experience in sourcing or contract management.
• Must be based in the US and able to travel 21-40% domestically.
• Solid understanding of contract management processes and systems.
• Ability to work in a collaborative business environment and meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
