Salary: $150,000 - $240,000

What you will do

• Own and optimize operating models for S&OE, GPS, and Performance Management routines.
• Establish accountability mechanisms and govern standardization across planning reporting structures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional operations teams to harmonize performance and drive execution.
• Lead root cause analysis and action planning for underperforming KPIs.
• Manage performance dashboards, KPI trees, and oversee inventory excellence initiatives.
• Manage and mentor the Performance Management and Inventory Excellence teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, or project management (CPG or food & beverage industry preferred).
• Proven expertise in performance management, governance, and S&OP/S&OE processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience as a people manager, leading transformation within matrixed organizations.
• Proficiency with advanced planning tools (e.g., o9) and analytic tools (PowerBI and Excel).

Nice to have

• MBA or Master's degree.
• APICS (CPIM, CSCP, or CPF) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification.
