Salary: $150,000 - $240,000

What you will do
- Own and optimize operating models for S&OE, GPS, and Performance Management routines.
- Establish accountability mechanisms and govern standardization across planning reporting structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional operations teams to harmonize performance and drive execution.
- Lead root cause analysis and action planning for underperforming KPIs.
- Manage performance dashboards, KPI trees, and oversee inventory excellence initiatives.
- Manage and mentor the Performance Management and Inventory Excellence teams.
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, or project management (CPG or food & beverage industry preferred).
- Proven expertise in performance management, governance, and S&OP/S&OE processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience as a people manager, leading transformation within matrixed organizations.
- Proficiency with advanced planning tools (e.g., o9) and analytic tools (PowerBI and Excel).
Nice to have
- MBA or Master's degree.
- APICS (CPIM, CSCP, or CPF) certification.
- Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification.
