What you will do

• Lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process and manage ERP forecast loading.
• Oversee global finished goods inventory management to ensure supply continuity and prevent backorders.
• Direct long-term contract negotiations with third-party logistics providers and external partners.
• Represent operations in New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to ensure requirements are met.
• Configure and maintain ERP planning parameters to ensure accurate ordering signals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in inventory and logistics management within medical device or pharmaceutical environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role.
• Proficiency with ERP systems for planning, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Deep knowledge of global supply chain regulations, including FDA and ISO standards.
