TL;DR

Senior Sales Development Representative (Sales): Driving outbound pipeline generation for strategic and municipal accounts with an accent on high-volume cold calling, ABM sequences, and multi-channel prospecting. Focus on mentoring new SDRs, building outbound playbooks, and maintaining CRM discipline to ensure accurate forecasting.

Location: Remote-first (US-based)

Compensation: $60,000 base salary with $85,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own outbound prospecting into net new strategic accounts and municipal opportunities.
  • Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound sequences including cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Mentor and onboard new SDRs by building playbooks and conducting call reviews.
  • Maintain clean pipeline data and activity logs within HubSpot.
  • Partner with Senior AEs, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging and targeting.
  • Identify and map buying committees within large multi-property operators and public-sector organizations.

Requirements

  • Internal applicants only: Must be a current hirify.global employee.
  • Demonstrated hunter profile with a track record of converting cold outbound into qualified meetings.
  • Strong cold-calling skills and experience with multi-channel sequences.
  • Experience or strong interest in selling into enterprise/strategic accounts.
  • Ability to mentor, train, or onboard other representatives.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or comparable CRM with a focus on pipeline hygiene.

Nice to have

  • Experience with public-sector, municipal, or RFP-driven prospecting.
  • Background in selling into campground, RV park, or outdoor hospitality software.
