Salary: $80,000–$90,000 base + up to 25% quarterly bonus.

What you will do
- Own Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for a strategic book of high-value enterprise accounts.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities including upsells, new product adoption, and property additions.
- Conduct Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews to align platform usage with customer revenue goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, operators, and executives.
- Travel monthly to conduct in-person meetings with key strategic customers.
- Collaborate with Implementation, Support, and Product teams to ensure account health and feature adoption.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Account Executive roles with revenue ownership.
- Proven track record of driving expansion revenue through upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or a comparable CRM for managing account health and reporting.
- Strong executive communication skills with experience running data-driven business reviews.
- Must be willing and able to travel monthly for in-person customer meetings.
- Must reside in the US or Canada (priority given to hiring hubs in MI, CO, and IL).
Nice to have
- Background in outdoor hospitality, campground management, or venue management.
- Experience in Vertical SaaS environments with long onboarding cycles.
- Familiarity with seasonal business models and revenue patterns.
