What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams focused on customer-facing SaaS products and core platform capabilities.
• Partner with Product Management to align engineering execution with business outcomes and customer value.
• Attract, hire, and develop senior engineering talent, including managers, directors, and principal engineers.
• Shape the long-term vision, operating model, and growth strategy for the Poland engineering site.
• Provide executive-level oversight for AI-enabled capabilities while maintaining core SaaS engineering standards.
• Strengthen the company's presence within the local and regional tech ecosystem.

Requirements

• 15+ years of engineering experience with significant time in senior leadership roles (Director/VP).
• Proven success leading large, multi-team engineering organizations in SaaS or global product companies.
• Strong background in modern product development, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
• Experience scaling organizations through growth, transformation, or increased technical maturity.
• Must be based in or able to work from Poland, with prior experience leading teams in Poland or Central/Eastern Europe strongly preferred.
• Ability to operate comfortably at both strategic and hands-on leadership levels.
