What you will do

• Lead and oversee complex, multi-stream AI and data-driven engagements, ensuring alignment with client needs and ROI.
• Provide strategic direction and proactive problem-solving to project teams while monitoring project health.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Manage and mentor a team of Engagement Managers, fostering a culture of delivery excellence and accountability.

Requirements

• Background in Data Science, ML, or Computer Science.
• Experience leading transformative initiatives from concept to execution.
• Proven track record of building relationships with large organizations and C-Level stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• English: Fluent (C1) required
