What you will do

• Coach, mentor, and develop software engineers through regular feedback and growth plans.
• Take accountability for team commitments, goal setting, and risk management.
• Guide architectural decisions and promote technical best practices.

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align on technical direction.
• Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives to enhance team productivity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development with hands-on engineering background.
• Proven track record in a people management role supporting software engineers.
• Strong proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and system design fundamentals.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, distributed environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Krakow, Poland.
