What you will do

• Maintain, develop, and improve metal and wet processes to meet SPC CPK targets above 1.33.
• Manage daily disposition of nonconforming lots to meet OTD and yield requirements.
• Execute DOEs and failure analysis on wafers to drive yield improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support cost reduction initiatives.
• Develop and maintain process SOPs and provide training for operational staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in wafer fabrication.
• Strong knowledge of metal and wet processes.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English (writing skills).
• Technical expertise in DOE, SPC, and YMS.
