What you will do

  • Perform detailed physical teardowns of competitor MOSFET devices using FIB, SEM, and X-ray techniques.
  • Coordinate electrical performance benchmarking and develop accurate cost models for competitor products.
  • Deliver technical data and analytical insights to R&D, Marketing, and strategic planning teams.
  • Monitor MOSFET technology trends and oversee the physical analysis pipeline, including 3rd-party labs.
  • Drive improvement activities within the benchmarking function to increase throughput and efficiency.
  • Contribute to DeepDive sessions and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or a related discipline.
  • Several years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of Failure Analysis techniques (FIB, SEM, X-ray).
  • Proficient understanding of semiconductor devices, process flows, and manufacturing.
  • Advanced skills in statistical methods, modeling, and database management.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Excel and PowerBI.

Nice to have

  • Coding skills, particularly in Python.
  • Deep understanding of the power semiconductor business and its technology portfolios.
