What you will do
- Perform detailed physical teardowns of competitor MOSFET devices using FIB, SEM, and X-ray techniques.
- Coordinate electrical performance benchmarking and develop accurate cost models for competitor products.
- Deliver technical data and analytical insights to R&D, Marketing, and strategic planning teams.
- Monitor MOSFET technology trends and oversee the physical analysis pipeline, including 3rd-party labs.
- Drive improvement activities within the benchmarking function to increase throughput and efficiency.
- Contribute to DeepDive sessions and present findings to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Physics, or a related discipline.
- Several years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Advanced knowledge of Failure Analysis techniques (FIB, SEM, X-ray).
- Proficient understanding of semiconductor devices, process flows, and manufacturing.
- Advanced skills in statistical methods, modeling, and database management.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Excel and PowerBI.
Nice to have
- Coding skills, particularly in Python.
- Deep understanding of the power semiconductor business and its technology portfolios.
