  • Hands-on experience with complex technical systems in a laboratory or hardware environment.
  • Experience with atomic, optical, or closely related experimental environments, including optical setups, alignment, and hardware maintenance.
  • Ability to work carefully in a fast-moving environment, communicate effectively, and take ownership of operational performance.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and maintain regular on-site presence in Oxford.
  • Experience with telemetry, data analysis, scripting, or software tools such as Python or Rust; exposure to RF, analog, digital, or precision control systems is useful.

Culture & Benefits

  • Work with distributed teams across multiple international locations.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Matching 401(k), unlimited paid time off, and paid holidays.
  • Parental and adoption leave, legal insurance, and a home technology stipend.
