TL;DR

Sales Manager: Supervising and organizing a sales team to drive performance and achieve revenue targets with an accent on coaching, performance tracking, and operational efficiency. Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL (Willis Tower) and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Train and coach sales agents to ensure individual and team success.
  • Organize and oversee daily schedules and performance metrics.
  • Conduct timely performance evaluations and manage employee relations.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Review and analyze sales reports to track progress toward quotas.
  • Resolve customer complaints and operational issues to maintain efficient workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
  • 2–4 years of management experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of coaching, developing, and motivating sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
