Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid/Onsite)

Salary: Base $70K, OTE $140K–$180K

What you will do

  • Drive new business acquisition through high-volume outbound prospecting and consultative discovery.
  • Position digital marketing products and advertising solutions to align with law firm growth goals.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying through to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to target opportunities and improve client outcomes.
  • Mentor new hire Account Executives and model sales excellence within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B inside sales experience.
  • 2–3+ years of closing experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to articulate ROI.
  • Experience managing short-to-medium sales cycles (2–6 weeks).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and Google Suite.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to the Seattle office.

Nice to have

  • Background in digital marketing, SaaS, or SMB marketplaces.
