Salary: Base $70K, OTE $140K–$180K

What you will do
- Drive new business acquisition through high-volume outbound prospecting and consultative discovery.
- Position digital marketing products and advertising solutions to align with law firm growth goals.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying through to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce.
- Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to target opportunities and improve client outcomes.
- Mentor new hire Account Executives and model sales excellence within the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B inside sales experience.
- 2–3+ years of closing experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to articulate ROI.
- Experience managing short-to-medium sales cycles (2–6 weeks).
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and Google Suite.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Seattle office.
