Location: Must be based in Vancouver, BC, Canada ( Vancouver Campus)
Compensation: $5,365.42 - $7,709.92 CAD Monthly

What you will do
- Manage the Electronic Resources and Access (ER&A) team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Oversee the maintenance and implementation of library discovery, access, and management tools like OpenAthens and knowledgebases.
- Lead license review and negotiation processes to ensure compliance with university policies and academic standards.
- Collaborate with IT and vendors to resolve security concerns and technical access issues.
- Develop training documentation and workshops for library staff and patrons regarding electronic resource management.
- Monitor usage statistics and ensure digital accessibility standards are met across all electronic collections.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise, motivate, and train staff effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in integrated library systems and electronic resource management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex technical issues independently.
