What you will do

• Research and evaluate global environmental, safety, and consumer protection legislation to assess business impact.
• Manage global product import/export requirements and streamline compliance strategies.
• Review product marking, packaging, and documentation to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Interact with vendors to ensure compliance with industry requirements and hold them accountable for deliverables.
• Support extended producer responsibility programs focusing on electronic, battery, and packaging waste.
• Act as a technical resource for cross-functional teams regarding compliance and quality management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in global product regulatory compliance within an electronics company.
• Strong understanding of environmental and safety regulations such as REACH, RoHS, WEEE, and various radio/type approvals.
• Experience working with 3rd party testing laboratories for certification and restricted substances testing.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
