What you will do
- Deliver advanced Level 2 support for production and client environments, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents.
- Own environment configuration, validation, and deployment activities to ensure application readiness and reliability.
- Perform proactive monitoring and performance checks, analyzing logs and data flows to identify and prevent issues.
- Lead incident escalation, execute root cause analysis (RCA), and drive preventive solutions in line with SLAs.
- Coordinate releases, patches, and configuration changes under ITIL change management and maintain runbooks and incident documentation.
- Act as a technical liaison with clients and collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure operational readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of client-facing application or production support experience in financial services.
- Hands-on experience with software release, deployment, and environment management in business-critical systems.
- Strong knowledge of asset servicing lifecycle and corporate actions, including income and voluntary corporate actions.
- Proficiency with SQL and PL/SQL and working knowledge of Oracle (or similar RDBMS) for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience with corporate actions messaging/standards and reconciliation/break management (e.g., SWIFT exposure and ISO 15022/ISO 20022 familiarity).
