Location: Must be based in Mississauga, Ontario (100% In-Office)

Salary: $60,000 – $81,000 CAD

What you will do

• Act as a first responder for medical emergencies, unauthorized entries, and facility evacuations.
• Conduct regular patrols and audits to verify compliance with security policies and safety standards.
• Manage administrative security functions including badging, customer verification, and access control.
• Prepare detailed written incident reports using internal computer applications.
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and business units.

Requirements

• Must have current work authorization for Canada.
• Must be able to work 100% in-office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga.
• Must be available for rotating shifts between 7:00 am - 9:00 pm.
• 2+ years of corporate security experience with customer service background.
• Valid license as per PSISA (Private Security and Investigative Services Act).
• Completed 2-year post-secondary program or equivalent experience.
• Possession of first responder certifications.
