Director, IT Operations

TL;DR

Director, IT Operations (IT Infrastructure): Leading the support and administration of all IT systems and solutions with an accent on virtual environment architecture, system performance monitoring, and process automation. Focus on managing the Production Support team, driving change management initiatives, and ensuring high-availability infrastructure for development and testing departments.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to the local office in Bellevue, WA, USA (Hybrid role).

Salary: $185,000 – $212,750 USD annually.

What you will do

• Manage and mentor the Production Support team.
• Oversee the architecture of virtual server environments for testing, development, and support.
• Implement and manage automation for business and system processes.
• Monitor key system performance and manage maintenance schedules to ensure capacity.
• Manage projects executed by the Production Support team.
• Participate in the business systems change control group to assess and approve changes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a similar IT role.
• Experience leading a team of IT personnel.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across application and platform software.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in the Bellevue, WA office.
• Must have valid work authorization for the United States.
