What you will do

• Lead the technology delivery team, managing resource capacity and fostering professional development.
• Own and continuously improve the SDLC process and long-term roadmap for core enterprise applications.
• Implement a strategic roadmap for AI-driven workflows and automation across the enterprise.
• Manage vendor relationships and staff augmentation partners to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals.
• Ensure data integrity and alignment across enterprise systems and data platforms.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business systems development leadership.
• Expert-level architectural knowledge in at least two of: NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, or Boomi.
• Proven experience managing complex SaaS ecosystems and high-output delivery teams.
• Deep understanding of middleware and integration patterns.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and balancing delivery velocity with system stability.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in the EdTech sector or high-growth SaaS environments.
• Background in modern data architecture (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran).
• Hands-on experience moving AI/ML applications from concept to production.
• Familiarity with InfoSec frameworks like SOC2, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or Prosci).
