Salary: $170,000 - $195,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, and service reliability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Drive architectural decisions that improve scalability, resiliency, and security across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Establish and monitor key operational metrics and service level objectives to drive measurable improvements.
• Champion automation-first approaches to reduce operational overhead and enhance system reliability.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and business stakeholders to align technology capabilities with company growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure operations, or cloud technologies.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams, including managing managers.
• Deep expertise in Linux/Unix administration, networking, and modern infrastructure architectures.
• Proven success in defining and executing technology strategy for complex enterprise environments.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical decisions to organizational objectives.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience operating across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Expertise in implementing and scaling Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or platform engineering functions.
• Knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing budgets and strategic technology investments.
