What you will do

• Define and execute the corporate IT strategy, roadmap, and budget to support company growth.
• Build, lead, and mentor the IT team, fostering a security-first culture and operational excellence.
• Design and govern corporate IT architecture, including endpoints, identity (SSO), and the SaaS stack.
• Own the corporate IT compliance framework and maintain controls for SOC 2 and SOC 1 audits.
• Manage identity and access strategy across Google Workspace, Rippling, Salesforce, and Slack.
• Oversee corporate incident response and lead SaaS vendor governance and risk reviews.

Requirements

• 8+ years in corporate IT, including 3+ years in a leadership role at a high-growth tech company.
• Deep expertise in identity, SSO, and SaaS governance (SCIM, SAML, OIDC).
• Strong working knowledge of SOC 2 and SOC 1 audit readiness and experience managing auditor relationships.
• Proven track record of hiring and developing high-performing IT teams.
• Experience supporting a distributed, remote-first workforce with async-friendly processes.
• Must be based in the USA or Canada.
