What you will do

• Resolve transactional issues on orders forwarded by the Order Entry team.
• Conduct outbound calls to customers regarding order status and requirements.
• Manage daily order workloads and perform necessary follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to interpret customer requirements and provide recommendations.
• Travel as needed to support customer functions and address quality concerns in the field.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of industry experience in Order Entry or Customer Care.
• Must be able to work onsite in Shakopee, MN.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday or overtime requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain productive relationships with staff and partners.
