Salary: $34,300.00 - $57,400.00 USD (bonus eligible)

What you will do
- Deliver prompt, professional customer service through verbal and written communications.
- Provide consultative support to identify customer goals, compliance challenges, and business needs, then initiate orders using product and industry knowledge.
- Manage the full-life cycle of the order process and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Organize and prioritize request case volumes to ensure timely and accurate responses using Salesforce and internal systems.
- Manage assigned customers under supervision and collaborate across the Customer Service function to resolve requests.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and key partners while developing subject-matter expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent B2B client service experience.
- Minimum 1 year of B2B client/customer service experience (preferably consultative) in industries such as banking, insurance, hospitality, retail, or legal.
- Ability to obtain a FinCEN ID within 7 days of the first day of employment and comply with ongoing Corporate Transparency Act requirements.
- Strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
