What you will do

• Ensure 100% compliance with the Traffic Management Playbook and own in-store structure.
• Identify and address low-performing areas relative to individual KPIs, targets, and objectives.
• Partner with General Managers to implement action plans and hold teams accountable for results.
• Perform monthly full audits of traffic management and facilitate weekly internet traffic meetings.
• Conduct weekly mystery shops of competitors and internal departments to ensure precision in lead performance.
• Review daily call performance via CallRevu and inspect website accuracy and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive retail management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development at a store or corporate level.
• Proficiency in CDK CRM (Elead).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills for planning strategy and root cause identification.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
