What you will do

• Troubleshoot and monitor manufacturing process performance to ensure optimum efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Program software-based equipment including CNC, PLC, Robotics, and Automation systems.
• Create mechanical assembly fixtures using CAD software.
• Lead the assembly, testing, and qualification of computer stitch pallets and modify stitch programs.
• Design and execute trials to validate process performance and conduct in-process quality tests.
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors to facilitate equipment builds, installation, and repairs.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Experience with Auto CAD or other mechanical CAD software.
• Proficiency in PLC or C++ (general programming experience).
• Mandatory working knowledge and understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
• Must be able to pass a background check and physical exam (including drug screen).
