What you will do

• Lead design, modeling, and simulation of embedded electrical systems.
• Develop low- to high-density circuit cards and power/signal conversion systems.
• Architect embedded system platforms, including power regulation and digital communication subsystems.
• Own electrical architecture decisions from concept through production and provide technical oversight during prototypes, compliance testing, and production ramp.
• Perform advanced electrical analysis and validate signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC performance.
• Lead failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions for fielded hardware; mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in electrical system design, development, or testing.
• Demonstrated experience taking products from concept through NPI and production release.
• Experience supporting regulatory certification and compliance testing.
• Deep knowledge of embedded system architecture and strong high-speed digital design experience.
• Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB CAD tools (e.g., Altium Designer or equivalent).
• Expertise in digital communication interfaces including RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, and USB.

Nice to have

• Experience leading compliance testing with third-party certification bodies.
• Background in system-level power distribution and protection design.
• Experience mentoring engineering teams and familiarity with manufacturing validation processes.
