Lead Embedded Electronics Engineer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, modeling, simulation, and validation of embedded electrical systems and circuit cards.
• Develop power regulation, signal conversion, and digital communication subsystems for electronic gaming products.
• Own electrical architecture decisions from concept through New Product Introduction and sustained production.
• Lead design reviews, prototype builds, compliance testing, production ramp-up, and supplier technical activities.
• Perform failure analysis, root-cause investigations, system troubleshooting, and corrective-action implementation.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, compliance, and quality teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical system design, development, or testing, including taking products from concept through production release.
• Strong knowledge of embedded system architecture, high-speed digital design, power regulation and conversion, and high-density PCB layout.
• Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB CAD tools such as Altium Designer, plus simulation tools such as HFSS or ADS.
• Experience with RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, USB, signal integrity, power integrity, EMI/EMC, grounding, shielding, filtering, and surge protection.
• Working knowledge of IEC, FCC Part 15, and CE requirements, including formal certification testing and compliance documentation.

• Experience in regulated or high-reliability industries such as medical, industrial, telecom, or consumer electronics.
• Experience leading third-party certification activities and manufacturing validation.
• Background in system-level power distribution and protection design.
• Experience mentoring engineering teams and supporting fielded hardware products.
