• Lead, manage, and expand a software development team of 8-10 engineers.
• Drive project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to define and execute the team's strategic goals.
• Provide technical guidance and make critical decisions to meet project milestones.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience for teams of at least 15 developers.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
• Strong expertise in software development methodologies and best practices.

• Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Experience with HL7 FHIR, healthcare, or life sciences.
