What you will do

  • Source new business opportunities through inbound and outbound cold calling activities.
  • Educate prospective clients on hirify.global's products and services to drive acquisition.
  • Handle all incoming product inquiries, referrals, and leads in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities within the Salesforce CRM.
  • Consistently achieve sales KPIs and targets to ensure business growth.
  • Provide client feedback to the Product Team to help improve offerings.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Bangkok to support the hybrid working model.
  • Confidence, professionalism, and a tenacious approach to hitting sales goals.
  • Basic knowledge of business development and sales target management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone demeanor.
  • Strong aptitude to learn the hirify.global sales process and implement training.
  • Efficient time management skills to meet personal and team objectives.
