What you will do
- Achieve financial goals by setting clear strategies and driving growth through distribution, channels, and direct initiatives.
- Manage and take full responsibility for the P&L of the Enterprise Thailand business.
- Lead, develop, and up-skill a high-performing team to drive business through existing customers and new acquisitions.
- Build and maintain strong direct relationships with key technology alliances like Microsoft, Zoom, and Genesys.
- Represent the brand in events and media settings, including providing product demonstrations.
- Support the global enterprise team in mapping accounts and providing local support.
Requirements
- Must be based in Thailand.
- At least 10 years of experience in selling technology to MNCs or major accounts.
- Proven track record as a seasoned People Manager with experience in leading high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and differentiate from competitors.
- Effective communication skills for engaging with senior-level executives across various nationalities.
- Excellent presentation skills for representing the company in public and media settings.
